I made this cushion for my daughter out of a vintage doily I found at our local op-shop. It was really easy to make – I just crocheted around the edge until it was the size I wanted. But it wasn’t as easy to find a circular cushion insert. Has any one else come across…
I made the dark grey one first by starting with a 56 ch and adding an extra row between R3 and R4. Unfortunately It was a little bit big for my daughter so I made the light grey one which fits her much better. I would recommend this one for a 2 -3 year old….
Our Easter egg hunt was a success! She even managed to stop eating the chocolate long enough to consume some of the dried fruit. Hurray!!! Happy Easter everyone! Hope you have a great day.
I found this little guy on my op-shopping trip today. He was stuffed in a pile of old linen, unfinished and unloved. I decided at once to adopt him. When I asked the lady how much he was she took one look at him, turned up her nose and said ’10 cents?’. I couldn’t let…
So I’ve decided to do this ‘granny a day’ thing. I’m not sure how it will go as I get bored with doing the same thing very, very easily (which is why I’ve never managed to make a blanket before). But I’m willing to give it a go. Wish me luck.
